Responsibilities:, -Performs all building and maintenance duties as assigned by
the Maintenance Supervisor and maintenance administrative staff, -Tracks daily
work order load on tablet, schedules work with building tenants, completes work
order and regularly synchronizes to work order tracking system, -Performs
plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other general repair work, -Ensures that
any work not completed at the end of the visit for any reason is followed up
until it is complete, -Provide excellent and professional customer service in
all work performed, -Proactively observe the condition of units, buildings, and
common areas and report any needed repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor, -Must
have use of a reliable automobile (car or truck), -Must be reliable with strong
work ethic, -Maintain regular and consistence attendance and punctuality, -Other
duties as assigned from time to time

Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Welcomes new
residents, explains the Resident Service program, and provides appropriate
community resources, programs and services upon move-in.
- Conducts resident
surveys, tallies results and provides resources material as identified in the
survey responses.- Identifies need for assistance; educates on available
resources.- Provides linkages/referrals between tenants and local agencies and
organizations with the objective of addressing identified needs and other
appropriate resources.- Develops working relationships with the local service
providers in the community and collects resource material from local agencies.-
Keeps current regarding available community resources, federal, state and local
programs and participates in professional development education.- Works with
the property management team to identify residents who need assistance;
supports resident retention; promotes educational and wellness activities for
residents; fosters and build sense of community.- Assists the Resident Services
Manager and other duties as assigned.
Pay Range : $50,000 to
53,000 Annually - Hiring Rates are determined by skills, knowledge, experience

coordinators placed on school sites are available to the school site
to provide a model of social service delivery, which includes individual
therapy, counseling groups, educational workshops, crisis management

Secondary Duties:

etc.
Qualifications Required:

A background of education and experience in an office setting, equivalent
