Independence Day — observed Friday, July 3

Facility Closures:

• City Hall
• Colorado Yards
• GoSaMo Center (includes Blue: The Transit Store and all Parking services)
• Offices at Virginia Avenue Park
• Offices at Police Activities League Youth Center

Holiday Service Changes and Hours:

• Big Blue Bus and MODE
• Parking enforcement, including street sweeping
• Trash Collection - REGULAR SERVICE will take place on July 3 & 4.
• Santa Monica Public Library is OPEN on July 3 and CLOSED on July 4.
• Santa Monica Swim Center (lap and recreational swimming): OPEN 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• Annenberg Community Beach House will be OPEN; pool hours are 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• Memorial Park facilities and activities:
• Fitness Room and Gym/Drop-in hours: OPEN 9 a.m.-7 p.m. on July 3; CLOSED July 4
• The Cove Skatepark: 1-7 p.m. on July 3; CLOSED July 4
• Drop-in Pickleball: CLOSED July 4
• Tennis Office: open 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

• Feb. 16 – Presidents’ Day
• March 30 – Farmworkers Day
• May 25 – Memorial Day
• June 19 – Juneteenth
• July 3 – Independence Day
• Sept. 7 – Labor Day
• Nov. 11 – Veterans Day
• Nov. 26 and Nov. 27 – Thanksgiving
• Dec. 21 through Jan. 1 – Winter Closure
