During the weekend of Ocean Way Festival on Sept. 26 & 27, the city of Santa Monica will have special event parking rates for some downtown and beach parking lots. See the full list of special event rates. Please note that there is no onsite parking at the festival. No parking is permitted in the coastal zone or the Downtown Santa Monica area for festival goers.
