The City of Santa Monica has extended our local emergency and all orders until April 30.
We care about your health and safety, and we are working closely with the LA County Department of Public Safety to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Given the ?Stay at Home? orders from California Governor Gavin Newsom, the City of Santa Monica is cancelling all public events and extending facility closures through April 30. This means that all closures, including City Hall and City facilities (including beach parking closures and impacts on City services) are effective until April 30. The Beach House will be closed to the public through Thursday, April 30, 2020. This includes the parking lot, playground, sand courts, and gated areas: courtyard, splash pad, view deck, gallery, and Guest Services.
Beach House Volleyball classes, Yoga classes, & Guest House hours have been cancelled through 4/30/2020.
Public events including Eggstravaganza on 4/11 and Beach=Culture events on 3/29, 4/16, and 4/21 have been cancelled.
Back on the Beach Caf? is separately managed. Please call the caf? directly at 310-393-8282 to confirm hours.
As a reminder, please STAY HOME, practice physical distancing of at least 6 feet, wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, and avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.
