World Cup Grand Finale: COAST 2026

Celebrate the World Cup final in Santa Monica with the free COAST 2026 open streets festival, made by possible by Metro, on Sunday, July 19, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Ocean Avenue, Colorado Avenue, Arizona Avenue, Third Street Promenade, and the Santa Monica Pier will be connected for a car-free giant open streets celebration. Enjoy food, music, family-friendly activities, arts, culture and soccer fun, including livestreams of the World Cup final match.

COAST 2026 will feature: 

• Four LED screens livestreaming the World Cup final match at noon
• Four stages  with music of all genres, comedy shows and dance performances 
• Breathwork meditation, Tea & House, and a sound bowl meditation in Palisades Park
• Camera Obscura Art Lab exhibit + art workshop and a collaborative community mural
• City department, partner, and local business booths with games, activities, giveaways and more
• Soccer-themed activities and face-painting
• Third Street Promenade Entertainment Zone; themed Promenade blocks
• Beer garden for ages 21+

Make an entire car-free day of it! Walk, bike (enjoy free bike valet!), take Big Blue Bus or the Metro E Line to COAST 2026 and celebrate the convenience and joy of a clean, green, multi-modal city.
