Join the Santa Monica Fire Department in celebrating Fire Service Day at Fire Station 1 on May 9, 2026 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Fire Service Day is a unique opportunity to meet your local firefighters and learn about what we do through a hands-on learning experience.

Open house activities for families and children include fire engines and trucks available to explore, station tours, important emergency preparedness information, hands-only CPR and Stop the Bleed education.
