Golden State Optometry is a Santa Monica optometry practice led by Dr. Vipal Gandhi, providing comprehensive eye care for children, adults, and seniors. We proudly serve patients from Santa Monica, Ocean Park, Venice, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, West Los Angeles, and nearby Westside communities.

Our specialties are dry eye treatment, myopia management for children, and specialty contact lens evaluations. For dry eye, we start with the cause and with home care and daily habits, then offer Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), radiofrequency (RF), punctal plugs, and prescription treatments when needed. For children, we begin myopia evaluations at age 4 and offer atropine drops, Stellest lenses, MiSight contact lenses, and orthokeratology (ortho-K) overnight lenses. We also evaluate scleral, mini-scleral, hybrid, multifocal, and post-surgical contact lenses, including lenses for keratoconus.

Other services include comprehensive eye exams, contact lens exams, eye disease management (glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic eye disease), advanced retinal imaging, and emergency eye care for red eyes, injuries, and sudden vision changes. Our curated optical carries designer frames, prescription eyeglasses, sunglasses, and smart glasses including Ray-Ban Meta and Nuance Audio.
