Santa Monica, California – Santa Monica Public Library is pleased to announce its partnership with LA Law Library, the second largest public law library in the United States. LA Law Library will present free “Office Hours” programs at Main Library, 601 Santa Monica Blvd., from 1:30 to 5:00 pm on the second Friday of each month.

An LA Law Library legal research specialist will assist patrons, including legal professionals, in locating legal resources to begin their research, refer them to relevant LA Law Library programs and services, and help them navigate the free legal websites available at the partnership, including full-text of Nolo do-it-yourself law books.

The librarian also will teach monthly QuickLook classes, a shortened version of many of the most popular legal education classes taught at LA Law Library Main Branch in downtown Los Angeles. For more information on LA Law Library classes, visit
