Water and Wastewater Rates Open House November 14 and 18

SANTA MONICA, Calif. – The City of Santa Monica will host two open house events for residents and local businesses to learn about proposed adjustments to water and wastewater rates. Santa Monica is undergoing a five-year water and wastewater rate study to ensure we continue to have a well-maintained water system, keep rates low over time, and achieve water self-sufficiency by 2023.
The community is invited to learn more at two upcoming open houses:
- Thursday, November 14 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Santa Monica Main Library, 601 Santa Monica Blvd.,
- Monday, November 18 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Virginia Avenue Park’s Thelma Terry Building, 2200 Virginia Ave.
