Free Walk-In Legal Clinics Available at Virginia Avenue Park

SANTA MONICA, Calif. – Santa Monica’s Virginia Avenue Park will host free legal clinics provided by the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (LAFLA) at the Park Center.  

Every second Wednesday of the month from 4:30-7 p.m., members of the public can meet one on one with a LAFLA lawyer for help with any variety of legal issues such as family law, child support, child custody, divorce, paternity, domestic violence, restraining orders, expungements, housing rights, immigration, and more. 

Clinics will begin Wednesday, March 11, 2020, and will be available in English and Spanish. No appointments necessary, walk-ins welcome.  For more information about Santa Monica City Council’s actions and local support, click here.

About the Legal Aid Foundation 

Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (LAFLA) seeks to achieve equal justice for people living in poverty across Greater Los Angeles. LAFLA changes lives through direct representation, systems change and community empowerment. It has five offices in Los Angeles County, along with four Self-Help Legal Access Centers at area courthouses and three domestic violence clinics to aid survivors.
