Annual Landlord and Tenant Forum is December 2

On Wednesday, December 2, 2020, from 4 to 6 p.m., the Santa Monica City Attorney’s Office and the Rent Control Board will host their annual Landlord/Tenant Forum. This year’s event will be held through teleconference. Registration is required and capacity is limited.

This event is open to Santa Monica residential landlords, tenants, property managers, and service providers. Topics will include:
- Update on operations at City Hall
- Tenant protections during COVID-19
- Santa Monica's residential leasing requirements
- Rent 20/20 – Rent Control’s Interactive Information System Under Development
There will be a Q&A after the topic presentation. Capacity is limited, so please register early.
