Landlord/Tenant Forum Held December 14

SANTA MONICA, Calif. — On Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from 4 to 6 pm, the Santa Monica City Attorney’s Office Public Rights Division and the Rent Control Board will host their annual Landlord/Tenant Forum. This year’s event will be virtual.

This event is open to Santa Monica residential landlords, tenants, property managers, and service providers. Topics will include:
· State rental assistance
· COVID-19 eviction protections
· Santa Monica’s Right to Counsel program
· Maximum Allowable Rents and discounts/included utilities
· Converted ADUs on rent-controlled properties
· Repairs in occupied units
There will be a Q&A after the topic presentation. Capacity is limited, so please register early.
