How to Pay Construction and Demolition (C&D) Fees

Construction and Demolition Performance Security Deposits can be paid online by following the steps below.

Continue the Process:

  1. Visit Webpage

    Go to the Citizen Access website.

  2. Select "Public Works" tab from menu items

  3. Enter Project Information

    + -

    Enter the project number in the 'Record Number' field, in the format XXCD-XXXX, and hit 'Search.'

    This number can be found in the ProjectDox comments section and is NOT the same as your permit number.

    There is no need to complete any other information for the system to locate your outstanding Construction/Demolition Performance Security Deposit fees. 

  4. Select 'Payments' from the Dropdown Menu

  5. Select 'Fees'

    + -

  6. Select 'Pay Fees'

    + -

    Input credit/debit card information and follow the prompts.
