drive-through COVID-19 testing and vaccination sites (clinics) are permitted
within all Zoning Districts on privately-owned property (i.e. surface parking
lots on commercial properties, with property owner authorization)

is Required?
§ Temporary
drive-through COVID-19 testing and vaccination operators are
required to obtain a City of Santa Monica Business License prior to operation.

§ Applicants
must coordinate with the City of Santa Monica Police Department Traffic
Services Section on a vehicle traffic management and
circulation plan relative to the proposed location.

Temporary COVID-19
testing and vaccination sites (clinics) are not permitted within the Public
Right of Way:
§ Use
of sidewalks, parkways, streets/parking lanes are prohibited.
§ Use
of Santa Monica Public Parks and Public Beaches are prohibited.
§ Use within the Third Street Promenade is prohibited.
§ Sidewalk
Vending Permit: not a permitted use.
