Wilshire Affordable Housing Developments

Two public parking lots near Wilshire Boulevard will close permanently to make way for new affordable housing communities by Hollywood Community Housing Corporation (HCHC). The first lot closure is scheduled to begin at 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at 1211-17 14th Street, to prepare for groundbreaking and welcoming home residents in 2028. Please stay tuned to this page for future updates regarding planned affordable housing at the 1217 Euclid Street Lot.
