Airport Property Management

The real estate portfolio at the Santa Monica Airport is managed by the City of Santa Monica based on the City’s leasing and licensing policy and the minimum standards.  This portfolio includes office space, hangars, aircraft tie-downs, art studios, and parking lot rentals.

Commercial Operations Permit (COP):

Airport businesses conducting commercial activity at the Airport must obtain a City Business License and a Commercial Operations Permit.

Vehicle Parking:

Overnight vehicle parking between 3 a.m. to 5 a.m. requires a parking permit. To obtain an overnight parking permit, please visit the Airport Administration Office.

Minimum Standards:
