The Santa Monica Housing Division staff will be hosting informational workshop about the City's Below Market Housing (BMH) waitlist and program. This session will be conducted in Spanish. The workshop is intended for applicants to learn more about the process of this important program which connects qualified households with vacancies occurring in more than 2,600 affordable residences across the City.

The English session will be held on Tuesday, October 17th at 6pm at the same location.
