Santa Monica’s 311 program provides easy access to all non-emergency City services and information. Users can submit a request, ask a question, provide feedback, or report something using one of our four convenient methods outlined below.

Available on both IOS and Android, the City of Santa Monica’s mobile app offers an easy and convenient way to submit a request, get status updates, see other submissions in your area, and find the latest news and updates from around the City. Available 24/7, our online portal is one of the quickest ways for you to submit a request, report something, provide feedback, or ask a question. Your submission will be routed directly to a member of our team who will help assist with your request.

Our Customer Service Assistants will help answer your questions, put you in touch with the right City staff member and/or create a ticket so we can track your request to make sure it gets resolved.

Representatives are available to assist you from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday – Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every other Friday.
