Our Customer Service Assistants will help answer your questions, put you in touch with the right City staff member and/or create a ticket so we can track your request to make sure it gets resolved.

Representatives are available to assist you from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday – Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every other Friday.
