How to Submit an Annual Fire Permit

Chapter 1, Section 105.6 of the California Fire Code authorizes an annual permit for every building or structure, facility, or portion thereof that conducts activities, which produce conditions hazardous to life or property.  The Annual Permit is issued to business owners.

Permits are not transferable and any change in occupancy, operation, tenancy or ownership shall require that a new permit be issued.
