TOY SWAP & TREE OF THANKS

Certainly everybody knows of a wee one who would love to have a gently used toy or book that's "new" to them during this Holiday season.  Bring something to swap, bring something to simply get into someone else's hands, or, perhaps you don't have items to share but know someone you'd like to surprise.  

As our November event was impacted by the "Atmospheric River", we will use this opportunity to create our TREE OF THANKS.  Attendees will be offered the opportunity to write out someone/something that they are thankful for and we'll hang them all up for display, for others to come through and read.

At 10:30 we will have a Tree Planting, as we begin the expansion of our Community Orchard.  Plans call for orange, guava, asian pear and tangerines along one of the small slopes.  Our Volunteers have been so proficient during our monthly Orchard Care Crew, that we've been given the opportunity to expand our fruit tree variety.

Fresh pancakes and coffee start at 9 AM.  This event is free and open to the public.
