Description
The City of Santa Monica is seeking interest from qualified restaurant and hospitality operators to fill a current vacancy at 256 Santa Monica Pier, which includes 3,039 square feet of interior space and 1,079 square feet of patio space.
Proposals are reviewed on a rolling basis. There is no submission deadline.
