The City of Santa Monica is seeking proposals from qualified café operators, hospitality professionals, and food and beverage concessionaires interested in operating and programming up to 2,000 square feet of café and “warming” kitchen space at this iconic location.

Bergamot Station Affordable Art Space
The City-owned Bergamot Station Arts Center is zoned for cultural uses including art galleries, studios, and non-profit cultural space. Spaces will be listed above under “Featured Opportunities” when available.
