Maximum Income and Rent Limits for the Affordable Housing Production Program (AHPP)
The income and rent limits for a specific property depend on the building’s recorded Agreement Imposing Restrictions on Real Property (commonly referred to as a ‘deed restriction’) and the formulas outlined in that agreement. There are three charts based on the various formulas used over the years designated in the deed restrictions. You can check with your property owner or manager to find out which chart applies to your building.
25% Affordability standard, use this chart (effective May 1, 2022).
30% Affordability standard NOT subject to Ordinance 2429, adopted July 2013 use this chart (effective May 1, 2022).
30% Affordability standard subject to Ordinance 2429, adopted July 2013 use this chart (effective May 13, 2022).
